Which documents are required to receive a quotation?

At the initial stage, we require a product brochure or a technical datasheet. After reviewing the documentation, we may request additional information if needed.

When will I receive the quotation?

The quotation is typically provided within 5 working days after receiving all the required documentation and information.

What are the payment and invoicing terms?

Projects are typically invoiced monthly based on the progress of the work. Common milestones include:

Where can I find or download my invoice?

For Italian customers, invoices are available through the Italian Tax Agency portal (SDI). For customers outside Italy, invoices are sent via email in PDF format.
